Austin Air Purifiers are shipped directly from the manufacturer, AustinAir Systems, Limited, 500 Elk Street, Buffalo, NY  14210.  On average shipping is 3-5 business days.  As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometime they may arrive later during busy periods.  If there are any shipping issues, please contact us at allergysolutionsairpurifiers@gmail.com.
