HEPA filter designed to last 5 years. The Austin "it" filter uses medical grade HEPA technology to remove 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 99% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns. This includes particles, dander, viruses, bacteria, molds, spores and pollen.  The "it" HEPA filter is designed to last up to 5 years under normal residential conditions.  

The Austin "it" HEPA replacement filter can be upgraded to include a dual-stage VOC Carbon Wrap that also absorbs VOCs, chemicals, gasses, and odors.  The VOC CARBON Carbon Wrap is designed to last 3 months under normal conditions.
